Vicky Arnold
CEO/Owner & Founder
Vicky has been an active member of the American Surgical Repair team for fifteen years. She assumed her leadership role in the company in 2019. As a dynamic leader with industry knowledge, Vicky is dedicated to continuing the legacy created by Bill Arnold and ensuring that American Surgical Instrument Repair is a leader in the industry. Prior to American Surgical Instrument Repair, Vicky was a successful small business owner employing nine people. She was involved in the community through the Bellefontaine City Beautification program, board member of the Logan County Veteran’s Foundation, taught Look Good/Feel Better program in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, and volunteered to fit and style wigs for cancer patients of the Logan County Cancer Society.
Aaron Gensheimer
VP of Operations
Aaron is the Vice President of Operations at American Surgical Instrument Repair. Prior to joining American Surgical, Aaron served as Senior Manager of Repair Operations at Steris Instrument Management Systems. With more than 18 years of leadership in the medical equipment repair industry, Aaron has earned multiple awards for his customer service and operations experience like Circle of Excellence, Outstanding Sales Achievement, Territory of the Year, President’s Club, and many more. Aaron works closely with hospitals and surgery centers throughout the continental United States implementing instrument repair programs, process improvements, and cost-saving measures. Coordinating a wide variety of surgical equipment repairs, sales, and technical support, Aaron has years of OEM training and hands-on experience that also uniquely qualifies him for providing valuable educational training on equipment, instruments, and processing audits.
Nick Sieg
Senior Regional Manager
Nick is a dynamic sales associate with a 20+ year record of achieving and demonstrating success in many highly competitive markets. He has adapted many different sales approaches while constantly mentoring others. Nick is a quick study, with an ability to easily grasp and put into application new ideas, concepts, methods, and technologies. He is a dedicated, innovative, and self-motivated team player/builder with exceptional leadership, organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem resolution skills. He thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments. Nick has spent the last six years tackling the medical instrument and device industry as a Repair Consultant for IMS/Steris as well as the Regional Sales Manager for American Surgical Instrument Repair.
